Shipping

We pack all items securely using recycled packaging materials where possible.

Delivery is undertaken by a combination of Australia Post and courier companies. Organic Body Home will not be held responsible for damage occurring during transit. Should you wish to have insurance for the goods during transit, please advise Organic Body and Home at the time of placing your order (in the Notes box), or email us at info@organicbodyandhome.com.au. Your order will be shipped once you have paid the extra charge.

Orders are sent using either regular or express post.

Cost of delivery within Australia is as follows:

  • Orders under 5kg- $8
  • Orders over 5kg- $10
  • Orders over $99- free standard shipping
  • Express post under 5kg- $12
  • Express post over 5kg- $14

Orders are dispatched quickly after payment occurs and we aim to have orders sent out within four business days. Over public holidays, dispatch times may change. We endeavour to notify you if we find that there may be a significant delay in dispatching your order.

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct postal address. If your order is unable to be delivered to you as a result of an incorrect address being supplied, we cannot accept responsibility. If you wish the order to be sent out to you again, you will be charged the additional postage costs.

If your order is returned to us because no one was able to sign for it or if it was not collected from the post office, you must pay additional postage to have it re-sent.

We currently only ship within Australia. Should you wish to make an international order, please advise Organic Body and Home by emailing us at info@organicbodyandhome.com.au with the products you would like to purchase and the country you would like it sent to and we will provide you a shipping quote.

 

Returns

At Organic Body and Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Therefore, should there be a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@organicbodyandhome.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please note, a refund will only be granted if a product is not what you have ordered or is faulty (evidence must be supplied). In this situation we are happy to provide a refund, replacement, or store credit, and cover all postage costs. Please also note, that if an incorrect product is sent to you, a return will only be accepted if the product is unopened and in the condition it was sent to you.
